Educational Qualification
- PG Degree or PG Diploma holders in concerned specialty registered with Medical Council
- In absence of PG qualified doctors, MBBS graduates with at least 2 years working experience (including minimum 1 year in concerned specialty) from government hospital/private hospital (not private clinic) will be considered
- Preference will be given to PG qualified candidates
- Candidates must be registered with Medical Council of India before joining
Salary
- Consolidated Remuneration: Rs. 135,129/- fixed per month for candidates having PG/Diploma
- Transport allowance with DA on transport allowance as per rule
- Rs. 1,687.50/- deducted for SRs possessing only Diploma
- Rs. 2,812.50/- deducted if SR does not possess Diploma/Degree

- Step 2: Attach attested photocopies of testimonials (MBBS marksheets & certificates, 10th passing certificate, SC/ST/OBC/PH certificate) and MCI/State registration certificate
- Step 3: Report to office of Medical Superintendent, ESIC Hospital, Silvassa Road, Chanod, Vapi, Distt. Valsad (Gujarat) on 17/07/2026 up to 11:00 AM; applications received after this time will not be entertained
Important Notes
- No TA/DA admissible for walk-in interview or for joining the post
- Number of posts may increase or decrease as per requirement with approval of Medical Superintendent
- Selected candidates will have no claim for regularization or service benefits like PF, Pension, Gratuity, medical allowance, seniority and promotion
- Selected candidate must furnish DD of Rs. 30,000/- towards security deposit favouring 'ESIC Fund A/c No.1' payable at Vapi
- Private practice not allowed; candidate must be available on call 24x7
- Selected specialist must have professional indemnity policy (minimum sum assured Rs. 30 lakhs for Anesthesiologists/Cardiac/Neuro/Plastic Surgeons, Rs. 20 lakhs for General Surgeons/Gynecologist/Obstetrician, Rs. 10 lakhs for Physicians/Dentists/Radiologists/Pathologists), copy to be submitted within 7 days of engagement
- Tenure: One year on contract or till regular incumbent joins, whichever is earlier
- Candidates working in Govt. Service should produce NOC from their department at time of interview
