Educational Qualification

• Deputy Manager (IT) - Application Developer: 1st Class B.E./B.Tech in CS/IT/ECE with min 60% marks; 3 years post-qualification experience as Executive in relevant field (C#/Java/JavaScript/ASP.NET/PHP)
• Assistant Manager (HR): 1st Class Master's in PM&IR/MSW/MBA(HR) or equivalent PG Diploma
• Assistant Manager (F&A): B.Com with CA/ICWA
• Assistant Manager (MM): 1st Class Engineering Degree (Mechanical/Electrical/Pulp & Paper/Electronics/Printing Technology) + 2-year PG in Materials/Stores/Purchase/Operations/Supply Chain Management
• Assistant Manager (IT): 1st Class MCA or B.Tech (Computer Engineering/IT)
• Assistant Manager (OL): 1st Class Master's in Hindi or English (with English/Hindi at Graduation) + 2 years translation experience
• Assistant Manager (Safety): Engineering Degree/Diploma with supervisory experience (2-6 years depending on qualification) + Degree/Diploma in Industrial Safety

Salary

• Deputy Manager (IT): Rs. 50,000 - 1,60,000 (Level E-2, IDA Pay Scale)
• Assistant Manager (all disciplines): Rs. 40,000 - 1,40,000 (Level E-1, IDA Pay Scale)

Age Limit

• Deputy Manager (IT): Maximum 35 years
• Assistant Manager (all posts): Maximum 30 years
• SC/ST relaxation: 5 years
• OBC relaxation: 3 years
• PwBD relaxation: 10 years (Unreserved), 15 years (SC/ST), 13 years (OBC)
• Ex-servicemen: as per Government rules
• No age bar for in-service SPMCIL employees with 3+ years service remaining

• Interview (25% weightage)
• Minimum qualifying marks in online exam: UR/EWS-45%, OBC-40%, SC/ST-35%
• Shortlisting ratio for interview: 1:4
• Minimum qualifying marks (combined): UR/EWS-55%, OBC-50%, SC/ST-45%
