Educational Qualification

• Senior Director (Accreditation): Ph.D. with 50% marks or equivalent CGPA in Master's degree in Engineering/Technology/MBA/PGDM/Pharmacy/Architecture and Town Planning; 15 years experience in teaching/research/educational planning/administration/training (Fixed Tenure) OR analogous post/5 years Level 12-13/10 years Level 11 in Govt/Autonomous bodies (Deputation)
• Manager (Accreditation, International Cooperation): Master's degree in Engineering/Technology/MBA/PGDM/Pharmacy/Architecture with min 50% marks; Ph.D. desirable; 6 years experience (Fixed Tenure) OR analogous post/3 years Level 10/8 years Level 9 (Deputation)
• Deputy Manager (Accreditation, Training): Master's degree in Engineering/Technology/MBA/PGDM/Pharmacy/Architecture with min 50% marks + 4 years experience OR Master's in any discipline + 6 years experience in teaching/research/educational planning/administration/training
• Deputy Manager (Software Developer): MCA/B.Tech/B.E. (CS/IT) with min 50% marks; proven knowledge of .NET platform, MS SQL Server, OOPS concepts, SDLC/Agile; minimum 6+ years experience in web/windows application development

Salary

• Senior Director (Accreditation): 7th CPC Pay Level 13A
• Manager: 7th CPC Pay Level 11
• Deputy Manager (all): 7th CPC Pay Level 10
• CCS Leave Rules and NPS applicable; no Child Care Leave or leave encashment for fixed term appointments

Age Limit

• Senior Director (Accreditation): Not exceeding 50 years
• Manager: Not exceeding 45 years
• Deputy Manager (all posts): Not exceeding 40 years
• Age reckoned as on closing date of application; NBA employees with relevant experience exempted from age restriction

Important Notes

• Engagement/appointment is on Fixed Tenure basis (initially 1 year, extendable up to 5 years) or Deputation (initially 3 years, extendable up to 5 years)
• Facilities available to Central/State Govt/PSU employees not applicable to fixed tenure employees; only 7th CPC pay level, CCS Leave Rules, NPS and CS(MA) Rules adopted
• No TA/DA paid for attending interview/personal discussion/written test
