Eligibility

Qualification (Post Qualification):

  • 3-Year Diploma in Electronics Engineering or equivalent, OR
  • 3-Year Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent
  • Pass class is enough; no minimum percentage is specified

Armed Forces Experience and Rank:

  • Candidate must be a retired Junior Commissioned Officer from the Indian Air Force in the rank of Jr. Warrant Officer (JWO) or above
  • Minimum 15 years of service in the Indian Air Force
  • Date of retirement from IAF must be on or before 01.08.2026
  • Candidates still serving must submit proof of medical category, character and probable date of discharge; discharge date must not be more than 3 months after the advertisement date

  2. Take a printout on A4 size paper and fill it in CAPITAL LETTERS only.
    • Fill personal details, category, date of birth and contact details
    • Fill defence service details: service number, rank, medical category and character at discharge
    • Fill diploma, courses, experience and preferred location details
  3. Paste a recent colour passport size photograph on the form.
  4. Sign the undertaking at the end of the form.
  5. Attach self-attested photocopies of all required documents.
  6. Put everything in a sealed cover and write "Application for the post of Sr. Asst. Engineer, E-I Grade/NCS SBU" on top of the cover.
  7. Address the cover to: Deputy General Manager (HR & Administration), Bharat Electronics Limited, Ghaziabad.
  8. Send it by Registered Post, Speed Post or Courier so it reaches BEL on or before 16 October 2026. Hand delivery is not accepted.

Important notes

General Guidelines

Eligibility Conditions

  3. Experience certificates must clearly show period of employment and post held. Experience without supporting documents will not be considered.
  4. Category (General/SC/ST/OBC-NCL) once declared cannot be changed.

  6. Employees of Govt., Quasi-Govt. or PSUs must apply through proper channel or attach a No Objection Certificate.
