EIL Associate Engineer Bharti 2026 - 109 Posts (Walk-in Interview)

EIL Associate Engineer Bharti 2026 is a walk-in interview recruitment by Engineers India Limited, a Navratna PSU, for 109 experienced engineers and officers. Candidates must have a BE/B.Tech or Graduate/Diploma with Material Management qualification and 5 to 14 years of relevant experience. Online applications close on 2 November 2026 at 2:00 PM.

This is Advertisement No. HRD/Rectt./Advt./2026-27/11 from the Construction Division. The engagement is on fixed term basis for the Dangote Fertiliser Projects in Nigeria and Ethiopia. Candidates should have worked in construction of refinery, petrochemical, fertilizer, power or nuclear plant projects. The urgent requirement means selected candidates must join at the earliest. Gujarat candidates with plant construction experience can apply, but interviews are held at Gurugram, Mumbai, Chennai and Kolkata offices only.

1. Qualification and Experience (as on 30.09.2026)

• Associate Engineer Grade II (Position A): BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Civil/Mechanical/Welding/NDT/Electrical/Instrumentation with minimum 5 years post-qualification construction experience
• Associate Engineer Grade III (Position B): Same degree options with minimum 9 years construction experience
• Associate Engineer Grade IV (Position C): Same degree options with minimum 13 years construction experience
• Associate Officer Grade II (D1): Graduate in Arts/Commerce/Science with Diploma in Material Management and minimum 14 years experience
• Associate Officer Grade II (D2): Diploma in Engineering with Diploma in Material Management and minimum 13 years experience
• Associate Officer Grade II (D3): Degree in any branch of Engineering with Diploma in Material Management and minimum 5 years experience

2. Minimum Marks

Minimum 60% marks for Engineering qualifications and 55% for non-Engineering qualifications. The qualification must be acquired within the prescribed minimum course duration.

3. Experience Type

Experience must be in construction related activities of Refinery, Petrochemical, Fertilizer Plants, Power Plant or Nuclear Plant projects.

4. Special Condition for Welding/NDT

Candidates applying for Welding/NDT must hold BE/B.Tech/B.Sc. (Engg.) in Mechanical Engineering with minimum 60% marks and ASNT or ISNT Level-II certificate in RT/UT/DPT/MPT.

8. Cut-off Date

Qualification, experience and age are all counted as on 30.09.2026. Candidates not meeting every condition will be disqualified at any stage.

2. Read all instructions on the website carefully before starting.
3. Register online and fill in the application form with correct details. Apply for only one position.
4. Enter marks carefully:
   • Round percentage down to the lower whole number (for 60.9 write 60)
   • Round CGPA down to the lower decimal (for 6.95 write 6.9)
5. Keep scanned copies ready and upload them:
   • Latest colour passport photo in .jpg/.jpeg, not more than 75 KB
   • Signature in .jpg/.jpeg, not more than 25 KB
6. Submit the application between 2:00 PM on 19.10.2026 and 2:00 PM on 02.11.2026.
7. Take a printout of the registered application form (6 copies) with a valid registration number and affix a colour photograph on each. Do not post it to EIL.
8. Watch your registered email for the exact date, time and venue of the walk-in interview and report with all documents.
