IFSCA Consultant Bharti 2026 - 16 Posts

IFSCA Consultant Bharti 2026 invites offline applications for 16 contract posts at International Financial Services Centres Authority, GIFT City, Gandhinagar. Posts include Sr. Consultant, Consultant Grade I and II, and Young Professional. The last date to receive applications is 6 November 2026.

The notification is issued under File No.73/IFSCA/Consultants/2020-21 and dated 9 October 2026. Posts are in Insurance, Electrical/Mechanical Engineering, Cyber Security and HR/Admin. Applications must be sent separately for each post by post or courier.

Post-wise Qualification

• Senior Consultant, Consultant Grade 2 and Consultant Grade 1 (Insurance): Master's degree with specialization in Business Administration/Finance. Preference for insurance qualification (e.g. Associate/Fellowship of Insurance Institute of India) and financial sector experience.
• Consultant Grade II (Electrical/Mechanical Engineering): 3-year Diploma in Electrical, Electrical and Electronics or Mechanical Engineering with minimum 65% marks, OR Degree in the same fields with 55% marks. Preference for those retired from central/state government or PSUs with facility maintenance experience (HVAC, HT/LT supply, fire fighting, lifts, UPS, DG sets, CCTV etc.).
• Young Professional (Cyber Security): Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security, Data Science or a related field with a strong academic record.
• Consultant Grade I (Cyber Security): Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, Information Security/Cyber Security or related field. Master's degree preferred. At least one recognised hands-on technical certification is mandatory (e.g. OSCP, GIAC, CISSP with hands-on background, Fortinet NSE 4+, CompTIA CySA+).
• Young Professional (HR/Admin): Master's degree in Business Administration/Economics/Finance and Accountancy/Statistics, OR CA, CFA, CS or ICWA. Working knowledge of MS Office required.

Minimum Experience

• Senior Consultant (Insurance): 15 years
• Consultant Grade 2 (Insurance): 8 years
• Consultant Grade 1 (Insurance): 3 years
• Consultant Grade II (Electrical/Mechanical): 10 years
• Consultant Grade I (Cyber Security): 3 years

Age Limit

Upper age limits are Young Professional 32 years, Consultant Grade 1 45 years, Consultant Grade 2 50 years and Sr. Consultant 62 years. Age, qualification and experience are counted as on the closing date of application. Candidates must be Indian citizens.

Preferred Skills (Cyber Security posts)

• Young Professional: internships, CTFs, hackathons, bug bounties or projects in cybersecurity/AI; Python scripting; knowledge of AI/ML and AI security concepts.
• Consultant Grade I: led at least one end-to-end cybersecurity transformation or SOC build-out; hands-on experience in EDR/XDR, NGFW, MFA/SSO, PAM, vulnerability management, immutable backup, VAPT and ISO/IEC 27001.

3. Fill in personal details, date of birth, post applied for, total experience and last pay drawn (annual CTC).
4. Fill in academic qualifications as on 06/11/2026 with subjects, year of passing, university and percentage.
5. Paste a passport size photograph in the box and sign across it.
6. Attach self-attested copies of the required documents.
7. Sign and date the declaration at the end of the form.
8. Put the form and documents in a cover marked 'IFSCA – application for the position of Young Professional/Consultant Grade I/Sr. Consultant (write name of the Role)'.
