• 10th / Matriculation certificate (age proof)
• Diploma / B.Sc. marksheets and degree/certificate
• Experience certificates for all past employers (with joining date, relieving date, pay drawn, nature of work)
• For current employment: Appointment letter + last 3 months' salary slips
• Category certificate — SC / ST / OBC (NCL) / EWS / PwBD (if applicable)
• Ex-Serviceman Discharge Certificate (if applicable)
• NOC from current employer (Government / PSU candidates)
• 2 recent passport-size photographs (one pasted on application form)
• Aadhaar Card & PAN Card details
