- Scientific Officers (Posts 19-22): M.Sc./B.E./MCA/M.Sc. Clinical Research with 1-13 years relevant experience

- Post 39: Physical Endurance Test + Written Examination + Skill Test (qualifying nature)

- 'Through Proper Channel' candidates (government/PSU employees) need permission from Head of Organization
- Selected candidates liable to be rotated across TMC units nationwide; must serve minimum 5 years at posted location before transfer request
- TMC may offer appointments on Contract Basis for fixed term with consolidated remuneration
- Assistant Security Officer post has specific physical standards (height, chest measurement) and physical test requirements (100m run, push-ups, sit-ups)
