Essential Qualification - Master's Route: Candidates must have a Master's degree with minimum 55% marks from a recognized University. MBA is preferred. Candidates must also have minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant field or administration, preferably in an academic research institute, Government, Semi Government, Public or Private Enterprise or Firms.

Desirable Computer Skills: Excellent knowledge of computer systems, including MS Office and Google tools, is desirable.

Communication Skills: Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be able to draft emails independently.

Domain Knowledge: Candidates must possess precise domain-specific knowledge of Police Administration and experience in organizing training programmes through the end-to-end process.

Relevant Placement Experience: Experience with the placement cell of an academic institute, placement consultancy or HR department of a corporate organization is preferred. Candidates should also be able to prepare reports and papers for assignments.

Other Eligibility Conditions: Experience will be counted only after obtaining the essential academic qualification. Only relevant post-qualification experience will be considered.

Qualification Recognition: Academic qualifications must be obtained from recognized Universities or Institutions and recognized or approved by relevant authorities such as UGC, AICTE or an Act of Parliament, as applicable.
