Eligibility

1. Deputy Registrar (Mumbai) - Group A, Level-12, age 50 years

  • Essential: Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or grade 'B' in the UGC seven-point scale
  • Plus nine years as Assistant Professor in Academic Level 10 and above with educational administration experience; OR comparable experience in a research establishment or other higher education institution; OR 5 years of administrative experience as Assistant Registrar in Pay Level 11 or equivalent
  • Desirable: experience in Establishment, Purchase, Finance and Accounts, Academic or Legal matters; knowledge of computer applications
  • Deputation post: officers holding analogous posts on a regular basis, or with five years of regular service in pay level 11 in Central/State Government, Universities or autonomous organisations
  • One Deputy Registrar post is for specialisation in Finance/Accounts, Audit and related fields

2. Deputy Librarian (Hyderabad) - Group A, Academic Level 12, age 50 years

  • Master's in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science with at least 55% marks
  • Eight years of experience as Assistant University Librarian / College Librarian
  • Evidence of innovative library services including ICT integration
  • Ph.D. in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation Science / Archives and Manuscript Keeping / Computerization of Library

3. Assistant Librarian (Mumbai) - Group A, Academic Level 10, age 40 years, PwBD (b) reserved

  • Master's in Library Science / Information Science / Documentation or equivalent with at least 55% marks, a consistently good academic record and knowledge of library computerization
  • Must have cleared NET (UGC, CSIR or similar test like SLET/SET), or hold a Ph.D. awarded under UGC Regulations 2009 or 2016
  • Ph.D. registered before 11 July 2009 is exempt from NET/SLET/SET if: degree awarded in regular mode, thesis evaluated by two external examiners, open viva held, two research papers published (at least one in a refereed journal), and two papers presented in UGC/ICSSR/CSIR-supported conferences
  • NET/SLET/SET is not required where no such test is conducted for the Master's subject
  • Desirable: PG Diploma in Library Automation and Networking or PGDCA

4. Assistant Registrar (Mumbai, Tuljapur, Guwahati) - Group A, Level-10, age 45 years

  • Master's Degree with at least 55% marks or grade 'B' in UGC seven-point scale
  • Desirable: five years in a supervisory role in Pay Level 7 in Administration / Establishment / Finance / Academic matters; knowledge of computer applications; degree in Law or Management

5. Assistant Manager (Publications) (Mumbai) - Group A, Level-10, age 45 years, PwBD (d & e) reserved

  • Master's in Social Sciences with at least 55% marks and ten years' experience
  • Minimum seven years in the publishing or public relations industry
  • Proficiency in computerized administrative systems, good writing and social media skills
  • Knowledge of DTP programs such as Corel Ventura, CorelDraw, Adobe InDesign and QuarkXPress
  • Desirable: excellent English writing and academic editing; understanding of graphic design software

6. System Analyst-cum-Programmer (Mumbai) - Group A, Level-10, age 45 years

  • First class M.E./M.Tech (Computer Science / IT) with two years of relevant experience; OR first class MCA with two years of experience; OR first class M.Sc. (Computer Science / IT) with three years of experience
  • Desirable: Doctorate in the above subjects; training in programming and system design (Python, Django, JavaScript, jQuery, CSS3, HTML5, AJAX, Git, Bootstrap, UX/UI basics); CCNA/CCNP or equivalent; experience managing servers in converged systems

7. Health Officer (Tuljapur) - Group A, Level-10, age 45 years

  • MBBS recognised by the Medical Council of India, registered with MCI / State Medical Council
  • Three years of experience in a hospital attached to a medical college or a corporate hospital
  • Desirable: Post Graduate medical qualification recognised by MCI

8. Field Work Coordinator (Mumbai) - Group A, Level-10, age 45 years

  • Master's in Social Work with at least 55% marks or grade 'B'
  • 15 years of experience in field work
  • Desirable: leadership and administrative skills, ability to coordinate and supervise student field work, process documentation and manual writing; proficiency in English, Hindi and preferably Marathi

9. Counsellor (Mumbai) - Group A, Level-10, age 45 years

  • Master's in Social Work / Counselling / Applied Psychology with ten years of experience in counselling adolescent students
  • Strong leadership, administrative, communication and training-planning skills

10. Section Officer (Mumbai) - Group B, Level-7, age 40 years

  • Bachelor's Degree in any stream from a recognised institute/university
  • Three years of supervisory experience in Pay Level 6 in Administration / Establishment / Finance / Academic matters in a university, higher education institution, research establishment, PSU or Government organisation
  • Desirable: Post-graduation in Management or Law; experience in establishment, finance and accounts, academic or facilities services

11. Section Officer (Security) (Mumbai) - Group B, Level-7, age 40 years

  • Bachelor's Degree in any stream with five years as Security Supervisor / supervisory position in security in Government offices, educational institutions or reputed private organisations with annual turnover of Rs. 200 crore and above; OR ex-Army/uniformed service personnel at JCO level or above with 10th pass or Army Class I examination
  • Valid driving licence (LMV/Motor Cycle) is also required
  • Desirable: fire fighting or unarmed combat course from Army or Para Military Force; computer knowledge; ability to speak English/Hindi and preferably Marathi
