The Advisor HR Canteen Services SAIL Bhilai Steel Plant Bharti 2026 is open for ex-executives who have retired from SAIL. Bhilai Steel Plant (BSP), a flagship unit of SAIL, wants an Advisor/Consultant for its HR - Canteen Services Department. Applications must reach by 10 November 2026.

Age limit: Upper age limit is 65 years. It is counted on the date of issuance of the offer for engagement or extension. No minimum age or category relaxation is mentioned.

Performance: The candidate must have no 'C' grading in the last three years of service with SAIL before superannuation.

Physical and mental fitness: The candidate must be fit to perform assigned duties and must submit a medical certificate with the application.

Effectiveness and integrity: The candidate must have a good service record, with no ongoing disciplinary or vigilance proceedings at the time of engagement or extension.
