Important notes

  4. Canvassing in any form will lead to cancellation of candidature.
  5. The decision of the Director is final and binding in all respects.
  6. Incomplete documents will be summarily rejected.
  7. Selected candidates must convey consent to join within the stipulated time. Otherwise the offer goes to the next candidate in the merit list.
  8. Duties include field surveys, documenting and digitising traditional Ilkal saree designs and motifs for a digital heritage design library, communicating with weavers, assisting technical assessment of silk handloom processes, data analysis and report preparation.
