  • Total 6 years experience in planning & designing of township/housing/commercial complexes/institutional/industrial including interior designing

Selection Process Details:

Stage 1: Computer Based Test (CBT) / Skill Test

  • Conducted for eligible posts (E-3/E-2/E-1/E-0/S-3)
  • Objective type questions
  • Conducted at various centers across India

Stage 2: Personal Interview

  • Only shortlisted candidates from CBT/Skill Test called for interview
  • Conducted at NBCC office or notified center
  • Original documents verification on interview day

Special Provision for Internal NBCC Candidates:

  • Internal candidates (working/worked on contractual basis) appearing for Written Test/CBT/Skill Test for posts Sl. No. 2 to 12 will get:
    • 3 marks for every completed year of service in NBCC
    • Maximum benefit: 3 years = Maximum 9 marks
    • Cutoff date: Last date of application
    • Subject to fulfillment of eligibility criteria

Eligibility Guidelines:

  1. Indian Nationals Only: Only citizens of India eligible to apply.

  2. Posting: Selected candidates may be posted anywhere in India or abroad including subsidiaries/JV companies.
  3. Vacancy Change: Number of vacancies may increase/decrease as per requirement.

Communication:
