- General Manager (Chemical): Bachelor degree in Engineering in Chemical/Petrochemical/Chemical Technology/Petrochemical Technology, with 24 years post-qualification executive experience
- Deputy General Manager (Fire & Safety): Bachelor Degree in Engineering in Fire/Fire & Safety with minimum 55% marks, 20 years experience
- Chief Manager (Fire & Safety): Same qualification as above, 16 years experience
- Senior Engineer (Chemical/Environment/Instrumentation): Bachelor degree in respective Engineering discipline with minimum 60% marks, 1 year experience
- Senior Officer (Company Secretariat): Associate membership of ICSI, additional ICWA/CA/Law degree desirable, 1 year experience
- Senior Officer (Finance & Accounts): CA/ICWA or Graduation with MBA in Finance, 1 year experience
