Post-wise Qualification

  • Special Educator (Post Code 261101, Level 5 to 6): Any degree with D.Ed in Mental Retardation, OR B.Ed (Special Education in Mental Retardation), OR any qualification prescribed by the Rehabilitation Council of India
  • Teacher, All Subjects (Post Code 261102, LKG & UKG): SSLC/PUC/Degree with Nursery Teacher Training (NTT) certificate from a recognised competent authority
  • English Teacher (Post Code 261103, Classes I to IV): BA English with 50%, MA English with 50% and B.Ed with 50%
  • Social Science Teacher (Post Code 261104, Classes VI to X): BA in History, Geography, Economics, Political Science or Sociology with minimum 50% aggregate, and B.Ed with minimum 50% aggregate (with History/Geography/Civics/Economics/English as one subject)
  • Lecturer in Sanskrit (Post Code 261105, UG level): MA Sanskrit with minimum 55% marks; preference to NET, SLET, M.Phil or Ph.D holders

Teaching Experience

Minimum 3 years of teaching experience for every post, as on 01.10.2026. Experience is counted from the month after the final exam of the essential qualification. Experience without supporting documents will not be counted.

General Guidelines

  1. The Selection Committee's decision on post-qualification experience is final.
  2. The Management Committee may cancel a post if no suitable candidate is found.
  3. BEEI may cancel, restrict, enlarge or modify the recruitment and may debar any candidate at any stage without giving a reason.
  4. Teachers must follow duties such as daily lesson plans, remedial teaching with IEPs, periodic tests, CCE records and extra classes on holidays when needed.

  2. Meeting the minimum qualification and experience does not guarantee a call for interview.
