(a) Engineering Graduate Apprentice: 4-year B.E./B.Tech from any recognized Board/University in the relevant branch.

  • 2-year Diploma in MOM&SP

Selection and Training

  1. Selection is on 100% merit using total aggregate marks of the qualifying examination.

  4. Selected candidates must sign an apprenticeship contract. It ends after training and HAL has no duty to offer employment.
  5. HAL can cancel the advertisement or selection process at any time without giving a reason, or change the schedule. Its decision is final.

Verification and Joining

  1. Provisionally selected candidates need a medical fitness certificate from a Government Medical Officer not below the rank of Assistant Surgeon (Gazetted), to be submitted at joining.
  2. A Police Verification Certificate from the Commissioner/Superintendent of Police of the home area is required at joining.
  3. No TA/DA is paid for verification, and candidates must arrange their own stay if needed.
  4. OBC Non-Creamy Layer certificate (Central Government format) and PwD certificate must be issued within six months of the last date of application.
  5. PwD candidates must have at least 40% disability.
