CoE-LAM DISRA Bharti 2026 - 5 Posts (Gandhinagar)

CoE-LAM DISRA Bharti 2026 is a recruitment drive for 5 contractual posts at the Centre of Excellence in Land Administration and Management, Gandhinagar. The posts come under the Digital India Land Records Modernization Programme (DILRMP). Candidates must send their CV by email on or before 30 October 2026.

1. Project Manager (Annexure A)

• Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Management, Public Administration, Public Policy, Development Studies, Planning, Governance, Geo-informatics, Geomatics or any relevant land governance discipline
• Essential experience: minimum 5 years in project management or project coordination
• Preferred: work with Government Departments, PSUs, autonomous institutions or consultancy firms, with multi-stakeholder coordination
• Preferred: experience in land administration, land governance, GIS or related projects

2. Land Record Expert (Annexure B)

• Qualification: Retired Government Servant (such as SDM, Tehsildar or equivalent), OR Graduate/Postgraduate in any discipline with 10 years of experience in land governance projects (land surveys, registration, revenue operations, land consolidation)
• Experience: minimum 10 years in Land Records, Revenue Administration, Survey and Settlement, or Land Administration

3. Research Associate - Land Governance (Annexure C)

• Qualification: Postgraduate degree in Public Policy, Public Administration, Rural Development, Development Studies, Planning, Law or any relevant land governance discipline
• Preferred: Ph.D. in a relevant discipline
• Experience: minimum 1 year in legal research, land laws, revenue laws, property laws or land administration
• Preferred: knowledge of land reforms and records, research projects for Government bodies, and familiarity with DILRMP, NAKSHA and ILMS

4. GIS Expert (Annexure D)

• Qualification: Master's degree in Geoinformatics, GIS and Remote Sensing, Geomatics, Surveying, Civil Engineering or a relevant discipline with GIS and Remote Sensing specialization
• Preferred: candidates pursuing a Ph.D. in GIS, Remote Sensing or a related field
• Experience: minimum 2 years in GIS, Remote Sensing, geospatial analysis, mapping and GIS-based projects
• Preferred: GIS training experience, research papers, and knowledge of land records and cadastral mapping

5. Training Coordinator (Annexure E)

• Qualification: Bachelor's degree in Management, Public Administration, Human Resource Management, Mass Communication, GIS or a relevant discipline
• Experience: minimum 1 year in training coordination, capacity building, IEC activities, training management, corporate communication or programme coordination
• Preferred: experience in Government, semi-Government bodies, educational institutes or universities, and basic knowledge of GIS, surveying and land governance

Common Skill: Proficiency in written and spoken English and Hindi, and MS Office, is expected for all posts.
