  • Site Engineer (Electrical): Bachelor in Electrical Engineering
  • Sr. Associate (Office Support) - Finance: CA / CMA / MBA (Finance) / PG in relevant discipline
  • Sr. Associate (Office Support) - HR: MBA (HR) / PG in HR
  • Sr. Associate (Office Support) - Law: Full-time 3 years LLB or 5 years integrated Law degree
  • Sr. Associate (Office Support) - IT: MCA or B.Tech (CSE/IT)
  • Jr. Engineer (Civil): 3 years regular Diploma in Civil Engineering
  • Assistant (O.S.): Regular Graduate in any discipline with computer typing speed of 50 WPM
  • Assistant (O.S.) - Finance: B.Com

2. Qualification Conditions

  • MBA / Post Graduation for Sr. Associate Finance and HR must be minimum 2 years duration
  • Qualification must be from Indian Universities/Institutes recognised by UGC/AICTE, through regular course
  • If the certificate does not show the specialization, submit a certificate from the University/Institute stating it
  • If you have more than one specialization, one of them must match the post
  • Where CGPA/OGPA or grades are given, write the equivalent percentage as per the University norms
  • NPCC decides equivalence of qualifications and its decision is final

3. Experience

  • No experience is required for any post
  • If you have experience, it counts only if gained after the result date / final mark sheet / provisional certificate / degree (whichever is earliest) and only in the relevant field, up to the cut-off date

Important notes

General Guidelines

  1. Selection is on short term contract basis for 1 year. It may be extended based on project requirement, satisfactory performance and mutual consent.
  2. Selected candidates may have to serve anywhere in India or abroad as required by NPCC.
  3. Appointment is subject to medical fitness by an approved Government hospital or medical board.
  4. The number of vacancies may increase or decrease as per company requirement.
  5. NPCC can cancel the advertisement or selection process for any post without giving a reason.
  6. Only experience that is relevant to the post will be considered. Any other experience will be ignored by the Selection Committee.

Eligibility Conditions

  1. Reservation for EWS, SC, ST, OBC-NCL, Ex-Servicemen and PwBD (40% or above) is as per Govt. guidelines.
  2. EWS candidates must submit an Income and Asset Certificate valid for financial year 2026-27.
  3. Candidates must submit category certificates in the Govt. of India prescribed format. Validity of the certificate is the candidate's responsibility.
  4. Submitting an application does not give any right to be called for interview or selection.
