NTPC Deputy Manager Bharti 2026 is a Special Recruitment Drive for OBC candidates to fill 9 backlog vacancies of Deputy Manager in Mechanical Erection, C&I Erection and Civil Construction. Qualification and experience by post:

• Deputy Manager (Mechanical Erection), 3 posts: B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical/Production with at least 60% marks from a recognised University/Institution
• Deputy Manager (C&I Erection), 1 post: B.E./B.Tech in Electronics/Control & Instrumentation/Instrumentation with at least 60% marks (the percentage is unclear in the scanned text; the NTPC summary gives 60%)

• Mechanical Erection: erection/maintenance/commissioning in the mechanical area
• C&I Erection: erection/maintenance/commissioning in the C&I area
• Civil Construction: civil construction

Govt/PSU candidates: At least 2 years experience in the scale of Rs. 60,000-1,80,000 or above (IDA E3 grade or above of NTPC from 01.01.2017) or equivalent, out of the 10 years. NOC from the employer is needed while applying.

Age: Upper age limit is 43 years for all posts. Age and experience are counted as on the last date of online application. Upper age is relaxed by 10 years for PwBD candidates where a vacancy is identified for them. Ex-servicemen get relaxation as per Government guidelines. No minimum age is stated.

Nationality and category: Only Indian nationals can apply. This is an OBC special drive, so candidates must hold a valid OBC-NCL (or OBC-NCL PwBD) certificate. Reservation for PwBD as per Government guidelines.
